Pumpkin Seeds Recipe: 5 Tasty and Healthy Ways to Make and Enjoy Them!

STEP BY STEP How to Make Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

#1 -Rinse seeds in a bowl of water

Take all the pumpkin strings off seeds

#2- Lay out on a stainless steel pan on top of a paper towel to fully dry.

Pat it to dry and remove the paper towel. Place in a bowl.

Dry off excess water from stainless steel pan

#3- Mix in a bowl with ½ teaspoon of coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil.

Add pink Himalayan salt and pepper till well coated OR use one of the seasoning mixes below.

#4- Place on stainless steel pan

Spread over pan (not having seeds stacked on top of each other)

#5- Cook for 25-30 mins at 350 degrees. Flip seeds every 10 minutes!

Then eat!

*If your pumpkin seeds are still chewy--its fine! Pop them back in the oven at 300 degrees for about 10-12 minutes and allow to cool off then it should be ready!
